Jennifer J. Lothert

Jennifer grew up on a farm in rural Minnesota. She fled the cold winters by attending Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida where she graduated, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Gender Studies. Immediately following college, Jennifer worked for Gift of Life Adoptions. During her time there, she both assisted birth mothers and worked with children in therapeutic foster care. In 1999, Jennifer began law school at the University of Nebraska. Jennifer was a summer clerk at Legal Services for Children in San Francisco in 2000 where she fell in love with the West Coast. She graduated in 2002 and was selected to receive the Pat Gies Memorial Award for personifying professional excellence, civility, collegiality and kindness.

Jennifer has lived in Tuolumne County since 2002 and was admitted to the California Bar in 2003. In addition to spending time with her husband and children, Jennifer served as a board member of the Tuolumne County Humane Society between 2005-2009. She is currently on the Board of Directors for Infant/Child Enrichment Services. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, music, reading, and the great outdoors – hiking, camping, water/snow skiing, and occasionally rock climbing to give Brad a hard time.

Jennifer practices in the following areas: Personal Injury, Guardianship/Conservatorships, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Business Disputes, and General Litigation.
