Likewise, if you have an adult family member or other loved one that can no longer care for themselves or their finances, you can petition the court to appoint you as a conservator. We represent clients with business disputes, such as relations with partners, customers, and vendors. We represent partnerships and corporations, dba’s and solo practitioners. Scott and Jennifer represent clients in these matters on an hourly basis, although a contingency basis may be available under some circumstances.
