Probate Litigation

Probate Litigation involves disputes about what should happen to someone’s property after they die. Perhaps the person was not of sound mind when signing a will or trust, or maybe they were inappropriately influenced. Sometimes the will or trust is unclear about who should inherit a bank account or other assets, other times there’s a dispute about insurance proceeds or a pension. Perhaps not everyone agrees with the actions of an executor of a will, administrator of an estate, or trustee of a trust. Jennifer and Scott handle these cases on an hourly basis.
